OLYMPIC
WEIGHTLIFTING
From beginner to advance, we make Olympic Weightlifting assessible to all.
With an assigned Coach, this programme will see you:
(a) Train like an athlete;
(b) Learn the fundamentals of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk;
(c) Get stronger as you progress through the sport.
Olympic Weightlifting is a sport and we treat and train our athletes in the vein.
Training will be done in a club setting, where your assigned Coach is in-charge, while you and the other athletes around you execute your individualised programmes.
Training schedule and training frequency will be determined between you and your assigned Coach. Some can do more, but have to do less. The goal is progess while managing both stress and recovery.

STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING
In our Strength & Conditioning programme, athletes will be trained to improve their overall strength and athleticism.
This programme is great for individuals who have never done any sort of strength training; as well as advanced individuals who are looking to get better under a watchful eye.
With an assigned Coach, this programme will see you:
(a) Learn variations of the squat, deadlift, press, bench, carry,
(b) Train with an individualised programme based on the assessment of your assigned Coach;
(c) Have your training stress and recovery factors dutifully managed so that you progress sustainably.
Training schedule and training frequency will be determined between you and your assigned Coach. Some can do more, but have to do less. The goal is progess while managing both stress and recovery.
