OLYMPIC
WEIGHTLIFTING
(Club Training)
You want to learn Olympic Weightlifting.
This is our feature Olympic Weightlifting programme where we take you from an absolute beginner to one who is competent in both the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.
What you can expect:
(a) Learn the fundamentals of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk;
(b) Have a tailored training programme crafted for you;
(c) Get strong and grow alongside your other club mates.
Rates:
$290/mth
STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING
You want to get Strong.
Strength is the foundation of longevity, and as Olympic Weightlifting Coaches, we are the master of this. This programme will train you to be Stronger, Faster, Fitter, more Mobile and Resilient, without all of the commitment that comes with learning the Olympic Weightlifting movements.
What you can expect:
(a) Learn the fundamentals of the Squat, Hinge, Pull, Push and Carry;
(b) Train with an individualised programme;
(c) Have your training stress and recovery factors dutifully managed so that you progress sustainably.
Rates:
$265/mth
Technique Adjustment
Your schedule is tight and want to learn Olympic Weightlifting once a week
This option is for individuals who are short on time and are only seeking Technique Adjustment for your Olympic Weightlifting movements.
What you can expect:
(a) Train with us for only Once a week;
(b) Refine your Technique in the Snatch;
(c) Refine your Technique in the Clean & Jerk.
This is a limited option; and should only be for individuals who are unable to commit to our Club Training.
