We believe that everyone should be able to learn, practice, master and eventually compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
Our goal is to make Olympic Weightlifting accessible to athletes of all levels. Should you join us, you will be assigned to a coach who will:
(a) Teach the fundamentals of the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk;
(b) Improve your mobility for the classical lifts;
(c) Craft individualised programmes for you to get stronger and excel further in the sport
Training sessions and timings are determined between you and your assigned coach. At the very least, you should 3 training sessions a week; each lasting 1.5hrs.
Get strong without the time commitment of learning the Olympic Weightlifting movements.
Improving general strength and fitness will be the focus. Should you join us, you’ll be assigned to a coach who will:
(a) Craft an individualised programme for you to get stronger;
(b) Teach the necessary movements to complete the training (squats, deadlifts, presses, carrys, etc);
(c) Guide you on improving your general mobility and flexibility.
