Course Overview

This course is designed to provide participants with theoretical and practical knowledge behind the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Participants will learn the bio-mechanics, kinematics and practical execution of both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Further, participants will learn to plan and programme effective strategies for developing potential Weightlifers.

This course is designed for participants of all levels.
